Terms
"First Day" refers to the rental rate paid for the first day, or portion, of each rental term. On the second day and for each subsequent day of the rental term the rate drops to the lower rental rate, referred to as "Add'l Days".
The "Rental Day" is the Undercurrents business day. Pick-up is available after 10:00 AM Monday to Friday or after 9:00 AM on Saturdays or after 11:00 AM on Sundays and holidays.
Drop-off is required before 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, or before 6:00 PM on Saturdays or before 5:00 PM on Sundays and holidays. Drop-off may be extended, only with prior authorization, until store opening the following day.
A Release of Liability must be signed by the renter for each rental.
Damaged or dirty gear will be repaired and/or cleaned and the charges added to your rental charges.
Reservations & Refunds
In order to reserve a rental for you, we require full payment by Visa or MasterCard for the rental period in advance. This is important so you can pick up your gear quickly and get out to enjoy your day!
At the time of pick-up, the renter must present for inspection their current driver's license (photo ID) and the Visa or MasterCard used to reserve the gear. This is for your protection and ours. Thanks for understanding!
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we retain a 1 day rental as a non-refundable deposit. Please be completely sure you intend to rent before you complete the booking. Thanks!
